Paul says you are missing the point, you dont have to worry about the ethnic or national boundaries that existed in the old covenant because the call of Jesus Christ comes to all kinds of people in all kinds of cultures and the call says, follow Jesus where you are. Never mind. Later text clarifies that Paul is not denouncing marriage or forbidding it in any sense.
